About Me

Dr. Ayesha Qureshi, ND is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor with over 10 years of clinical experience. She provides evidence-informed, patient-centred care with clinical interests in pediatrics, women’s health, and pain management.

Dr. Ayesha Qureshi, ND works with patients across all stages of life, supporting both acute and chronic health concerns through individualized treatment plans. Her clinical practice is grounded in a strong understanding of physiology, biochemistry, and functional medicine, with an emphasis on identifying factors that may be contributing to symptoms rather than addressing symptoms in isolation.

Throughout her practice, Dr. Qureshi, ND has supported children with developmental, immune, and gastrointestinal concerns; women navigating hormonal health, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum care, and perimenopause; and individuals experiencing acute or chronic pain. She recognizes that many patients seek naturopathic care after feeling unheard or frustrated by persistent health concerns and strives to provide a structured, thoughtful, and collaborative clinical experience.

Her goal is to support patients in achieving meaningful and sustainable improvements in health by combining clinical insight with practical, realistic recommendations that can be integrated into daily life.

My Story

Dr. Ayesha’s path to naturopathic medicine began with a deeply personal experience—watching her mother live with chronic pain and inflammation. Over time, she saw a familiar cycle of strong medications used to manage symptoms, often followed by additional medications to address side effects. While sometimes necessary, this approach raised an important question: what was being missed beneath the symptoms? This experience sparked an early realization that true healing required looking beyond isolated symptoms and understanding the whole picture of health.

With a background in Nutritional Sciences and a longstanding passion for nutrition, naturopathic medicine felt like a natural fit and the next step. It offered a science-based, whole-person approach focused on identifying root causes, supporting the body’s innate healing capacity, and using nutrition as a foundation for lasting health. After four years of rigorous clinical education and training, Dr. Ayesha became a licensed Naturopathic Doctor.

Her early clinical work focused on pain management, where she developed an evidence-informed approach to understanding pain beyond symptoms alone. Becoming a mother later shaped her practice in a meaningful way, sparking a strong interest in paediatric care and the evolving nutritional needs of children at every stage of development.

Dr. Ayesha also has a special interest in women’s health, guided by the belief that women are the backbone of families and deserve thoughtful support through every phase of life—from hormonal health and fertility to pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.

At the core of her practice is a commitment to listening, understanding, and delivering care that blends empathy with evidence—supporting healthier families through thoughtful, root-cause-focused naturopathic medicine.
